Brand Manager Foodservice Sweden

Main Responsibilities

As a Brand Manager for Foodservice you will mainly be responsible for continuing the development of your brand and further strengthen the position in the Swedish foodservice market. You have the total responsibility of your product portfolio, including tasks as:

  • Project management of new product innovations from idea to launch

  • Creating the annual brand plan and recommending a growth strategy for the portfolio (in line with long term strategic plan and the overall business plan and strategy)

  • Implementing media strategy and communication support

  • Planning, executing and following-up on brand and marketing activities

  • Analysing the business, market data and trends to exploit growth opportunities and new product ideas

  • Being responsible for marketing budget and P&L, according to business goals

  • Close cooperation with international cross-functional teams, internal and external parties

 

You will be part of our Nordic Marketing team and will report to our Marketing Manager Nordic.

This position will be located at our office in Lund, Sweden.

 

Your profile

You are a commercial person with experience of working with food, preferably with hands-on experience from working in the food industry. You are used to taking initiative and have a strong drive, you are self-initiated but at the same time a team player with positive energy. You are structured, analytical, action and result oriented, with great social and presentation skills. To succeed in this role you can handle complexity and different projects simultaneously. Also, you have the ability to build and maintain working relations with internal and external parties such as advertising and media agency, product development, procurement and other functions on European level.

We believe that you have a Bachelor´s or Master´s Degree within Marketing/Economics/Gastronomy or Service Management, ideally with a combination of Gastronomy and/or Marketing or Economics. You have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role as product and/or brand management, preferably within Foodservice. Alternatively experience of product development/sales/category management within wholesale coupled with experience from the food industry. You are fluent in Swedish and speak English on a business level.
